I really enjoy this class! Although it does get a little confusing at times since it is so fast-paced, I'm really excited to have already learned so much in just our first week. I can't wait to see how far we are by the end of the semester.

So far it has been a lot of fun. Like everyone seems to be saying we have covered a lot, but Lorenza makes it fun and interesting. I am really excited about learning a new language and it seems like we will learn a lot.

Italian has been quick paced and interesting for these past three days. I expected it to be a bit more difficult than taking a language course in high school but I didn't realize how much faster we would be expected to absorb the material; however, having the class 5 days a week will be a big help to learning the material. While I'm expecting it to be challenging, I am also sure I will learn Italian!

I am still surprised at how much material we have covered in only three days. Having only a spanish background, I was nervous about taking Italian, but so far so good :). I expect this class to be a lot of work, but at the same time, one of my favorites also!

Marcin's awesome. Pizza is awesome. Italian is awesome. That one song is addicting (I have it on loop in my iPod). Overall, I expect this to be my favorite class, yet, also the most challenging. It's gonna be fun. I learned more Italian in three days than I've learned spanish in 5 years.

I was excited when we started speaking Italian from the very beginning. I think it's easier to learn a language when one's forced into figuring things out for oneself. I am having some trouble remembering not to pronounce the words they way I would have in Spanish, but I'm very happy so far with the class; I expect it to be one of my favorites.

I would definitely agree that I was surprised at how much we covered in three days. I am so excited for this class because I think we are going to learn a lot in a semester. My roommate, who isn't taking Italian, even enjoys listening to the audio files and is starting to pick some new phrases up too.
